·        2 tablespoons vegetable oil

·        1 medium onion, finely chopped

·        2 tomatoes, chopped

·        1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

·        ½ teaspoon cumin powder

·        ½ teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to spice preference)

·        ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

·        1 teaspoon garam masala
